The track where the things you make either run or they don’t.
This track works differently from everything you’ve done so far. Tiers 0 through 2 taught skills through many small experiments. Tier 3 follows one real build, from first chat to real users: this site’s own SEO morning-report bot — a small machine that reads this site’s search data every day and delivers one honest message to its builder’s phone. Built by a non-coder, steering an AI, in public.
Because of that, lessons here obey one rule the rest of the internet doesn’t: no receipt, no lesson. Each lesson is published only after its moment has actually happened in the build — the real screenshots, the real errors, the real corrections. The track grows as the build grows. What you see below is everything that has truly happened so far, and nothing that hasn’t.
Tier 3 graduation, one sentence: you’ve built one whole thing, real humans use it, and you are still in the loop — by design. (The day you remove yourself from the loop is a different tier.)

This track assumes you’ve finished Tier 2 — First Build: you’ve shipped small things in all three territories and chosen this door on evidence, not vibes. If you haven’t, start there — the door will wait.
And the exit is already visible from here: one day you’ll catch yourself annoyed at running your own bot by hand every morning. That annoyance is not failure — it’s the door to Tier 4 — Scale, where you remove yourself from the loop. This track ends exactly where that one begins.
